Arizona has been hit hard by the current pandemic – no question about it. Some regulations are implemented through Executive Orders by the Governor, others by mayors via Emergency Proclamations. I was sharing these directly with friends and family, but these aren’t that easy to read for non-attorneys. So, here are a couple of infographics for Scottsdale mask requirements and Arizona COVID guidelines to make it a little easier to digest.
Each city in Arizona has different mask requirements, but all cities must comply with the state-wide Executive Orders.
As of June 19, 2020, Scottsdale requires wearing face masks in places of public accommodations. Here’s what that means:

As of June 19, 2020, Scottsdale requires businesses to enforce face mask and social distancing requirements. As of June 29, 2020, Arizona bars, movie theaters, water parks, and tubing facilities must close. As of July 11, 2020, Arizona restaurants must limit capacity. Here’s what that means for businesses:

We tried to find this form that is referred to Executive Order 2020-43 for application to reopen in Arizona but couldn’t find it. If you know where to locate it, please let us know! We will update when we hear back from Ducey or AZDHS!
This last one is specific to Arizona as a state. As of July 11, 2020, Arizona restaurants must limit indoor capacity, maintain outdoor social distancing, and close all places with buffets, self-serve, and cafeteria-style. Here’s a quick summary:
